1. Check-in and Other Requirement of Carriage

1.1 Checking-in - Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. All passengers must have valid E-Itinerary, identification with a photograph; a passport, or driver's license, or national identity card.

1.2 Right to refuse carriage: We may refuse carriage of you or your baggage for reasons of safety or if, in the exercise of our reasonable discretion.

1.3 No smoking - All flights are no smoking flights. Matches and lighters are not allowed to be carried all flights.

2. Luggage Policies

2.1 Weight - each purchased seat (adult fare / person) is entitled to 20 kgs in weight and no more than two pieces.

2.2 Right to Search - For reasons of safety and security, we may require a search, x-ray or other type of scan of the passenger and their belongings. Unaccompanied baggage will not be boarded onto the aircrafts.

Destination Air reserves the right to deny passengers who refuse to go through security checks aboard any of its service flights. No refunds will be refunded under the mentioned circumstances.

Damages to personal belongings must be claimed within the same day of the flight.

Loss of Personal Belonging - please contact our ground office immediately, a claims form and record locator will be provided to you by our ground crew.

3. Booking cancellation and Booking postponement

3.1 Cancellations prior to departure - Within 7 days prior to departure - 10% cancellation is imposed . Within 7-2 days - 50% cancellation fee is imposed. Less than 48 hours / No Show - 100%cancellation fee is imposed.

3.2 Changes due to weather and safety -The Company will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations arising from this clause.

Should flights not able to commence as the intended schedule due to weather conditions or unforeseeable devastating circumstances- passenger's tickets are valid for up to one year.

A 5% reservation withholding fee applies for passengers wishing to cancel tickets (under these circumstances only).

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund procedures and credit value will be made in accordance to the channel in which the tickets were purchased: Direct Booking with Destination Air - Clients within Thailand shall be made within 5 business days. 14 days for international countries.
