| 08:00 | Depart by longtail from Ao Nang Beach. |
| 09:00 | Arrive at your first paddling spot (odds are Koh Bele') |
| 11:00 | More paddling on nearby islands |
| 12:30 | Picnic lunch on an island |
| 13:30 | On to the next paddling site - It might be Talin if the tides are right |
| 14:30 | Paddle some limestone islands in the middle of the Bay |
| 17:00 | Arrive at Ta Khao pier and transfer to bungalows |
| 19:30 | Dinner at Ta Khao restaurant |

| 07:30 | Hot breakfast with brewed coffee |
| 08:30 | Depart with other guests in the Fast Longtail |
| 09:30 | Paddle a premier expedition site |
| 12:00 | Picnic beach lunch |
