Elephant Trekking is one of the main highlights of our "Lanta Sightseeing Tour Program 1." The Elephant trainer at the camp will guide you through the basics of Elephant behaviour before you get the chance to journey through the beautiful jungle on the back of this majestic beast. This trek allows you to get really close to the elephants enabling you to touch and, if you want to, feed this gentle giant.

In historic times these creatures were used in war much as Europeans used the horse. Nowadays these creatures live a more sedate lifestyle! Getting close to Elephants is a very special experience and one we highly recommend.

Looking from the dramatic vantage point of the cape’s little light station, you can see the most wonderful panorama of surf crashing on western cliffs and twin bays.

08:30 - 09:00	Leave from hotel in Koh Lanta by car to elephant camp.
09:00 - 10:00	Enjoy elephant trekking in the jungle
10:20 - 11:20	Visit Lanta Old Town – a 100 year old Chinese fishing village which used to be the Island's main town.
11:30 - 12:30	Lunch at View Point and take amazing photos of the island's east coast.
12:45 - 13:45	Start paddling kayaks along the east coast mangrove forest , great for those interested in seeing monkeys and different kind of animals.
14:00 - 15:00	Arrive at Saladan village – visit and experience every day life of a Sea Gypsy (There are three Sea Gypsy villages : Saladan Village , Klong Dao Village , Sang Ga U Village.). Plenty of time for wandering and shopping in the town.
15:00 - 15:30	Guests are safely transferred back to their hotels

08:30 - 09:00	Pick up guests from hotel in Koh Lanta by car and leave for elephant camp.
09:00 - 10:00	Enjoy elephant trekking in the jungle.
10:15 - 11:15	Enjoy watching monkey shows at Tung Yee Peng village.
11:30 - 12:30	Lunch at View Point and take amazing photos of the island's east coast.
13:00 - 14:30	Arrive at National Park. Guest are welcome to take a light hike to the top where the Light House is located. This is an ideal spot for taking landscape photos of the Island and its beautiful beaches. Here you can snorkel , relax and juggle trekking.
15:00 - 15:30	Plenty of time for wandering and shopping at Klong Nin Village.
16:00 - 16:30	Guests are safely transferred back to their hotels
