To the west, there's the Phi Phi Islands some 70 minutes away by boat with their famous Shark Point, Anemone Reef, King Cruiser Wreck; to the south, Koh Haa, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang are about 90 minutes away. Lanta Diving Daytrips

Diving is available at all times of the year, although visibility changes according to the season. The best time to dive in the Andaman Sea is from October to April, and in the Gulf of Thailand from May to September.
